What regulations govern the processing of your data?

We process your data in accordance with applicable European and Czech legal regulations. Specifically, this is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 - General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, abbreviated as GDPR, and Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

How do we process your data?

We process personal data both electronically and in paper form. We use advanced electronic information systems and tools. The processing is partially automated. We have implemented appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure an adequate level of security for your data. We regularly test the measures and evaluate their effectiveness. Any processors of your data (external entities) are bound by confidentiality and the obligation to secure the processing just as we ourselves.

Who processes your data?

The administrator of your personal data is the company Act-in CZ, s.r.o., C 59225 registered at the Regional Court in Brno, Headquarters: Hviezdoslavova 1188/5, Slatina, 627 00 Brno. The operator of the website www.act-in.cz is Act-in CZ, s.r.o..
 
The processors of your personal data are external information technology administrators, an external accounting and tax service provider and an external web hosting provider. All processors are established in the Czech Republic and carry out processing there. Act-in CZ, s.r.o. staff will provide more detailed information to authorized persons upon request. data protection officer (see contact below).
 
Our web technologies use Google Analytics. Personal data is then processed by Google LLC, Mountain View, USA.

The purpose of the processing is to manage relations with customers (customers) as well as regular order and contract agendas. We process data in the following maximum range: company, first and last name, function, telephone, mobile phone, e-mail. They can be stored for a period of two years after the customer's representative's most recent interaction with Act-in CZ, s.r.o.. The legitimate reason is the processing necessary for the fulfillment or preparation of the contract.
 

If you are our supplier

(supplier's representative)
The purpose of the processing is to manage relationships with suppliers as well as normal order and contract agendas. We process data in the following maximum range: company, first and last name, function, telephone, mobile phone, e-mail. They can be stored for a period of two years after the most recent interaction of the supplier's representative with Act-in CZ, s.r.o.. The legitimate reason is the processing necessary for the fulfillment or preparation of the contract.
 

If you sent us an email

(supplier representative, customer representative, interested in cooperation, job applicant)
The purpose of processing is internal and external communication. We process the data you have sent us for a period that reflects both your and our reasonable expectations. Technically, this is 12 months after the most recent interaction. The legitimate reason is our legitimate interest, which mainly consists in the proper management of the communication system, electronic data, the protection of industrial property and the interest in the development and protection of our industrial activity.

We monitor traffic to our website and evaluate it statistically. Therefore, we use Google Analytics, which stores the IP addresses from which users access the site. We also use cookies. They enable computers to be identified, but also do not link to any specific person.

If you use the contact form from our site, we process data , which you enter in the appropriate form. We process the data for a period of 6 to 12 months. The legitimate reason is our legitimate interest, which mainly consists in the proper management of the presentation system, communication system, electronic data and in the interest in the development and protection of our industrial activity.

If you are our employee

The purpose of the processing is to manage the regular employee agenda, settlement with state administration institutions and insurance companies, professional development of employees, provision of employee benefits, etc. We process the data for a period of 6 to 12 months from the end of the employment relationship, unless legal regulations specify a longer period. The legitimate reason is on the one hand the fulfillment of legal obligations, on the other hand our legitimate interest in building a qualified and stable work team and in the presentation and building of the company's good name. If you are a user of our computer network

The purpose of the processing is to log access to the network, access to the information system and access to the Internet. We process data in the following maximum range: name, surname, user name (login), password, user group (department, security group), position, department, office (location), office phone, mobile phone, fax number, street, city , county, zip code, country or region. They may be stored for the duration of the user account. The legitimate reason is our legitimate interest, which mainly consists in the proper management of electronic data, in the protection of industrial property and in the interest in the development and protection of our industrial activity.

If you believe or find out that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, you have the right to object to the processing, ask us for an explanation, or ask us to correct it.
