Typical displayed information are running orders and fulfillment of the production plan, operating statuses of machines, their downtime, speed and scrap rate, presence of operators, machine settings and courses of important technological parameters or ANDON reports or information from the field of organizational measures or display of products and their application in end products .
The results of one or more machines can be displayed on a single screen, allowing machine workers to compare their results and schedule performance against each other, which naturally encourages competition and increases efficient machine utilization and productivity.
At the same time, the availability of uniform information to all workers improves their mutual communication, eliminates conflict situations and allows to focus on solving the problem instead of discussing conflicting information about the situation from different information sources "One data—one truth".
The system can also be supplemented with automatic sending of SMS and emails to support the possibility of quick response of the relevant personnel.
The Plant View application can work independently or can be linked to other Act-in applications such as ANDON, Field Client, Performance Analyser, Maintenance Control, Production Scheduler or Statistical Quality Control.
A quick view of production data is also possible with the Mobile Plant View web application, which is optimized for devices with smaller screens such as mobile phones and tablets. This application provides an overview of the current status of the monitored workplaces and a more detailed view of the production in progress, logged-in operators, downtime, speed and quality, and the achieved OEE.
