Condition Monitoring
The Plant Monitor application for Condition Monitoring enables the measurement, visualization and archiving of process and technological variables with the setting of their limit values and the automatic generation of alarms. Typical examples include monitoring operating temperatures, pressures, electricity consumption, engine hours, cycles, lifts or vibrations.

The application enables the connection of an unlimited number of monitored signals, for the automated processing of which it can use its own robust central IMTS (Independent Mobile Tracking System) units, or other third-party systems.
For each monitored quantity, the user can enter two levels of limit values, when an alarm is triggered when they are exceeded. The system records alarm history, giving users an overview of all events on machines associated with exceeding specified threshold values. Alarms when limit values are exceeded can be automatically accompanied by sending SMS or emails to responsible persons.
The time course of individual monitored quantities can be displayed simultaneously on one screen in individual windows above one another, and their mutual correlations leading to subsequent undesirable phenomena and malfunctions of machines, molds and tools can be derived.

Measurement of quantities can take place both continuously and only at certain intervals, for example once a month we can measure the behavior of the machine in a predefined control mode and compare the obtained measurement result with previous measurements.
The obtained information enables the setting of effective predictive maintenance in order to avoid unplanned breakdowns, deterioration of productivity, deterioration of quality or endangering the safety of workers and cleanliness of the environment.
The Plant Monitor application can work independently or can be linked to other Act-in applications such as ANDON, Field Client, Performance Analyser, Maintenance Control or Production Scheduler.
