- Technical support specialized in production information systems MES
- Expert help to customers in the form of a hotline and remote connection
- Reception, registration and processing of customer requests
- Installation and configuration of systems by remote access to customers
- Identification and analysis of the causes of possible problems and testing of systems
- Local company network management and company software and hardware support
Technical support specialist for production information systems
Prerequisites for your success
- High school/university education in the field of IT/electricity
- Expert knowledge of MS Windows OS, servers, databases and network management
- Interest and ability to quickly learn new SW and HW technologies
- Communication skills and a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Active approach in customer support
- Independence, responsibility, diligence and quality teamwork
- Very good knowledge of the English language in written and verbal form
Some of the following knowledge and experience may also be an advantage
- Experience with service support of modern information technologies
- Experience testing and deploying software applications
- Knowledge of SQL and application programming
- Knowledge in the field of HW, electronics, electrical engineering and architecture of HW systems, possibly including Decree 50, §6 and higher
- Experience of working in the IT department of manufacturing companies
- Knowledge of German, possibly other European languages
