We chose the company Act-in in the selection process for the implementation of the OEE system for the plastic molding plant mainly because of good references from companies that have already implemented the aforementioned system. This fact was additionally supported by the flexibility of the entire system with the possibility of additional and simple expansion with other modules, a reasonable price and implementation dates. Of course, there was the possibility of a reference visit and a professional meeting of the entire team. Based on very good experience, we later extended the OEE system to the machining center and as part of the maintenance improvement project, we finally decided to apply the Maintenance Control module – a system for planning, managing and recording corporate maintenance. Even before the implementation of the system itself, I welcomed the possibility of a comprehensive maintenance audit, which confirmed that the Act-in company is not just an installer of the offered applications, but provides comprehensive services supported by very good professional competence in the given issue.
